Year Round Opportunities

Human Resources Generalist
- 9-month (mid-Aug to mid-May), full-time opportunity available.  This individual will be responsible for delivering new employee orientation twice a week, managing workers' compensation claims, and assisting employees, managers, and guests everyday.  Administrative responsibilities include processing new hire paperwork and managing our employee uniform program.  Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field and have a minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, including workers' compensation.  Must be comfortable delivering training, be detailed-oriented and be able to maintain high standards of confidentiality and ethics.  This position is eligible for year-round benefits including health, dental, 401k, vacation, and free skiing at many Colorado resorts.

 

Seasonal Opportunities
(Part-Time and Full-Time, Indoor and Outdoor)

Base Operations (Parking & Cleaning)

- Base Operations Staff
Guides guests to appropriate parking spots.  Cleans common areas (tables, floors and restrooms).  Keeps outdoor walkways and entrance areas clear of snow.  May operate a snow blower or drive bus for resort guests (does not require a commercial driver's license).

Customer Service
- Customer Service Representatives
Takes reservations for services and activities in a call center setting.  Familiarize guests with products and services.
Food & Beverage

- Cashiers
Charge guests for purchased items and give change.  Must also be able to answer guest's questions about other products and the area in general.

- Cooks
Performs basic cooking tasks for cafeteria line.  Assists in ensuring a sanitary kitchen.

Lift Operations
- Lift Operators
Executes the safe, efficient and courteous loading and unloading of skiers.  Maintains safe levels of snow throughout the entire lift station area.  Interacts with guests to ensure a positive experience.
Nordic Center
- Nordic Instructors (Nordic & Telemark - Non certified or PSIA certified)
Ensures safety and skier responsibility is top priority while teaching.  Instructs group and private lessons of varying ability levels to all ages as assigned.  Nordic instructors may also guide snowshoe tours and assist with rental gear.
Rental Shop

- Rental Department Supervisor
Supervisory experience required for ski and snowboard rentals.  Previous ski industry or rental shop experience preferred.  This is a full-time position during the season and includes weekends and holidays.

- Rental Technicians
Assists guests with appropriate ski or snowboard equipment and outerwear rental.  May assist with setting skis.
Retail Store

- Retail Clerks
Totals bills, receives payment and makes change for items purchased.  Stocks shelves, maintains a neat store area, and assists with inventory.

Snowmaking

- Snowmakers
Performs a variety of snowmaking tasks including movement of snowmaking guns and hoses to produce an excellent product for our guests.  Will work 12 hour day or night shifts.

SnowSports

- Instructors
(Ski & Snowboard - Non certified or PSIA certified)
Ensures safety and skier/rider responsibility is top priority while ski/riding and teaching.  Instructs group and private lessons of varying ability levels to all ages as assigned.  Nordic instructors may also guide snowshoe tours and assist with rental gear.

Tickets

- Cashiers
Charge guests for purchased items and makes change.  Must also be able to answer guest's questions about other products and the area in general.

- Ticket Scanners
Scans season passes and daily tickets.  Provides a safe environment by actively controlling the flow of guests.
