We are looking for our next Fleet Manager, Lift Electrician, and Executive/Personal Assistant!

Fleet Manager

The Fleet Manager is responsible for all aspects of maintenance and repair for over-the-snow and road vehicles, including snowcats, trucks, ATVs, snowmobiles and buses, as well as, all rotating equipment in our snowmaking department.  Requirements include a minimum of 10 years experience working with vehicles, gas and diesel engines, pumps and compressors.  In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills.  An Associate or Bachelor degree is preferred but not required.  Must be able to work weekends and holidays during the ski season.

Lift Electrician

We are looking for an electrician who is a team player with a positive attitude. Our ideal candidate will be proficient with commercial wiring practices and code, skilled in running conduit, and has knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and basic motor contactor circuits. In addition, a knowledge of controls and strong mechanical skills are preferred. Journeyman license is strongly preferred but we're willing to assist in the attainment of license for the right candidate. Must be able to work weekends and holidays with four, 10-hour shifts during the ski season; Monday through Friday schedule during the off-season (five, 8-hour shifts).

Must be able to provide journeyman license number (if applicable) and have basic hand tools and meters for the trade.

Executive/Personal Assistant

We're looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant for the General Manager/Owner.  The position is located on-site at the resort.  The ideal candidate will be intelligent, energetic, articulate and professional with at least 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant.  Experience with document filing and management is helpful.  The person must be able and willing to be more of a Personal Assistant than an Executive Assistant and be able to handle sensitive and confidential information in a mature manner.  Candidates should be equipped with solid Microsoft Office skills and be flexible to help in any position during the busy periods and support other resort managers. 

Schedule is Monday through Friday during the off-season, and likely Tuesday through Saturday during the ski season.  Flexibility is needed to be on-call outside of normal business schedule (occasional, not the norm).
