THE ELDORA EXPERIENCE

Skier doing a trick over a jump

Woodward Eldora

From welcoming beginner terrain to four Woodward branded and inspired terrain parks—as well as thrilling steeps and legendary glades, Eldora offers terrain for every type of skier and rider. With convenient parking at the base of the resort and a large dedicated learning area, Eldora is renowned for its family-friendly approach and lesson programs for kids and adults.

Eldora’s terrain is naturally progressive, meaning that the easiest learning terrain is in one area on the front side of the mountain, and the more challenging terrain conveniently graduates around the mountain. The resort’s terrain lets those learning to ski and ride learn in a laid-back environment close to the main lodges, while speedier experts stay on the other side of the mountain where they can find more challenging terrain and longer runs.

Sustainable Transportation

Unlike any other Ikon Pass destination, you can also access Eldora using public transportation from the heart of Boulder. The RTD “Ski-n-Ride” NB public bus route takes skiers and riders from the Boulder Transit Center in downtown Boulder, makes a few stops, and drops off right in front of Eldora’s Alpenglow high-speed chairlift. At the end of the day, you can catch the bus home at the same spot. We offer FREE tickets to the NB bus on weekends, and a FREE shuttle from the Boulder Justice Center as well. Learn more and see the schedule on our Sustainable Transportation page.
